The present invention relates to an efficient synthesis method for an indole derivative having 2-naphtol through a cascade reaction, intended to provide a simple and efficient synthesis method to synthesize various types of multi-substituted a 3-naphthylbenzo[g]indole compound and a 3-naphthylindole compound via transition metal-free reactions by using 2-nitrocinnamaldehyde compound and -tetralone compound which are easy to use in high yield.본 발명은 케스케이드 반응을 통한 2-나프톨을 가진 인돌 유도체의 효율적 합성방법에 관한 것으로서, 우수한 수율로 손쉽게 이용 가능한 2-니이트로시남알데하이드 화합물 및 β-테트랄론 화합물을 이용하여 무 전이금속 반응에 의해 다양하고 다수 치환된 3-나프틸인돌 화합물과 3-나프틸벤조[g]인돌 화합물을 합성하기 위해 간편하고, 효율적인 합성방법을 제공한다.
