PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing an external composition for an aqueous screen foamer which can be used safely, even when it is used in an unremoved state after application.SOLUTION: In order that a composition prepared by heating, agitating and cooling a component becomes a solubilization state, a nonionic surfactant selected from A group is selected in the range of 1-15 mass%, and the content of an alcohol selected from B group is selected in the range of 5-55 mass%.
