PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide briefs which firmly fix an absorbent article and thereby enhance an adhesion degree from a front body section through a hip part to a waist part when sanitary briefs or incontinence briefs worn while attaching the absorbent article thereon are worn and which have a stable feeling and favorable fitting feeling.SOLUTION: In a structure of briefs, another fabric or another material having elasticity is sewn and attached in a length in a range from a front body section (Fig. 3-1) on an inner side through a hip part to a waist part (Fig. 3-2) and at a position located in a right/left center, an adhesion degree of skin, an absorbent article, and the briefs is enhanced by elasticity of the fabric or material, and thereby rear leakage and lateral leakage from a hip part and inguinal part are reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸収性物品を取り付けて着用する生理用ショーツ及び失禁用ショーツ着用時にしっかりと吸収性物品を固定することで前身頃から臀部を通り腰部までの密着度を高め、安定感がありフィット感が良好なショーツの提供。【解決手段】ショーツの構造において、内側の前身頃(図3-1)から臀部を通り腰部(図3-2)までの範囲内の長さ且つ左右中央に位置する箇所に伸縮性のある別生地もしくは別素材を縫い付け、生地もしくは素材の伸縮性により肌、吸収性物品、ショーツの密着度を高めることで、臀部や鼠蹊部等からの後漏れおよび横漏れを軽減する。【選択図】図1
