PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiller capable of corresponding softly to even a deformation of a tilling pawl part and the kind change of a rotor plate, if any, thereby to remove a deposit on the tilling pawl part.SOLUTION: A rotary brush 52 is interposed between a rotor plate 44 and a soil-removing cover 31. The rotary brush 52 comprises: a brush shaft 51 parallel to a tilling shaft 42 and a brush part 53 made of nylon or a metal extending from the brush shaft 51 to the periphery.
