The present invention relates to an acidic pharmaceutical composition for animals including microorganisms which have improved thermal stability, survive in a high-temperature environment for an extended period of time, alleviate various symptoms including the constipation, dilute excretion, abdominal bloating, and abnormal intestinal fermentation of the livestock, and have the diarrhea prevention, digestibility improvement, appetite improvement, feed efficiency improvement, meat quality enhancement, disease prevention, and immunity enhancement effects. According to the present invention, a method for preparing the acidic pharmaceutical composition with intestine cleansing effects includes the steps of: (a) mixing i) an yeast extract, ii) a malt extract, iii) tryptone, and iv) one or more saccharides selected from a group including dextrose, fructose, and galactose with v) purified water to prepare a culture solution； (b) inoculating the culture solution with Saccharomyces boulardii； (c) culturing the culture solution at 18-30°C for 24 to 72 hours to prepare a liquid culture solution； (d) mixing the liquid culture solution with corn gluten feeds, stone powder, mineral water, molasses, biotin, skim milk, edible glycerin, and trehalose and fermenting the mixture at 18-30°C for 24 to 72 hours； and (e) drying the mixture for 48-96 hours at 45-55°C.본 발명은 고온에서도 오랫동안 생존하고, 가축의 변비, 묽은 변, 복부팽만감, 장내이상발효 등 여러 증상을 개선하여 설사방지, 소화율개선, 식욕증진, 사료효율개선, 비육의 품질향상, 항병력 및 면역력을 증진시키는 효과를 갖는 열 안정성이 향상된 미생물을 포함하는 산제 동물용 의약품 조성물을 개시한다.본 발명에 따르면, (a) ⅰ)효모균(yeast) 추출물, ⅱ)맥아(malt) 추출물, ⅲ)트립톤(tryptone), ⅳ)덱스트로오스(dextrose), 프룩토오스 및 갈락토오스로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 당류 및 ⅴ)정제수를 혼합하여 배양액을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 배양액에 사카로마이세스 보울라디(saccharomycesboulardii)를 접종하는 단계； (c) 상기 배양액을 18 내지 30℃로 24 내지 72시간 배양하여 액상배양액을 제조하는 단계； (d) 상기 액상배양액에 단백피, 석분, 미네랄워터, 당밀, 비오틴, 탈지유(skim milk), 식용 글리세린 및 트레할로오스(trehalose)를 혼합하여 18 내지 30℃로 24 내지 72시간 동안 발효하는 단계； 및 (e) 45 내지 55℃로 48 내지 96시간 건조하는 단계；를 포함하는 정장효능이 있는 산제 동물용 의약품 조성물 제조방법을 제공
