PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel with a needle capable of efficiently using an accommodated preparation, and a syringe having the barrel with the needle.SOLUTION: A barrel with a needle comprises a barrel body defining an internal space for storing a preparation, and an injection needle whose base end is open to the internal space of the barrel body. The barrel body comprises a cylindrical trunk wall part and an end wall part which closes one opening of the trunk wall part, includes an inner wall surface located on the trunk wall part side, and into which the injection needle is inserted.
