PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material for controlling soil disease damage, which effectively recycles a lipid-containing waste, has an inhibitory effect on soil disease damage and is useful as an industrial material, to provide a method and a system for recycling a lipid-containing waste. SOLUTION: The material for controlling soil disease damage is obtained by fermenting a mixture of a lipid-containing waste, cow manure and a spreading material of cow barn. In the fermentation, a raw material comprising at least a lipid-containing waste and cow manure is fermented by a fermentation apparatus, a part of the fermented raw material is mixed into the spreading material, cows are raised in the cow barn for a fixed period of time. The mixture of the spreading material, cow manure and the lipid-containing waste collected from the cow barn in which cows are raised is re-supplied to the fermentation apparatus and fermented. The material for controlling soil disease damage contains≥1.0×106/g Bacillus subtilis without adding microbial cells from the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
