The present invention relates to a baby bottle having a washable large backflow preventing body. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a bottle body (10) containing milk； a backflow preventing body (20) seated on the inner periphery of the neck of the bottle body (10)； a washable nipple (30) seated on a top end of the bottle body (10) and the backflow preventing body (20)； and a nipple tightening body (40) for fixing the nipple (30). The nipple tightening body (40) prevents a reverse flow of the milk caused by a sudden temperature change and an atmospheric pressure change in the baby bottle when the baby bottle is locked.본 발명은 빨대형 역류방지체가 구비된 젖병에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 우유가 담긴 젖병몸체(10)와, 상기 젖병몸체(10)의 목 내주연에 안착되는 역류방지체(20)와, 상기 젖병몸체(10)와 역류방지체(20)의 상부 선단에 안착되는 빨대형 젖꼭지(30) 및 상기 젖꼭지(30)를 고정시키는 젖꼭지조임체(40)로 이루어지고, 상기 젖꼭지조임체(40)로 잠금시 상기 젖병의 내부의 급격한 온도 및 기압 변화로 발생되는 우유의 역류현상을 방지하는 역류방지체가 구비된 젖병에 관한 것이다.
