The present invention relates to an automatic fishing net binding machine and, more specifically, to an apparatus of clamping a rope and a leash for an automatic fishing net binding machine, configured such that a fixing plate is connected to a motion piece which reciprocatively moves in forward and backward directions by connecting front and rear moving axises to a central axis of a sewing machine while reciprocatively moving in left and right directions by left and right moving devices installed in the sewing machine； a fixing/clamping body having a fixing recess for accommodating and supporting a latter half of a rope among the rope and the leash supplied from a front side of the fixing plate while closely attaching to a support plate, is coupled to a front side of the fixing plate； and an operating/clamping body with an operating recess is formed on an upper side of the support plate and configured to clamp and support a front half of the rope and the leash supported by the fixing/clamping body, and then move downward in a curved shape so as to clamp the front half of the rope and the leash.
