PURPOSE: A dermal patch for phototherapy is provided to stick on a skin along with shapes of a face by forming a film type circuit part which operates LEDA and a thin film battery in a solid body to be thin and be smooth in order to vary its shape.CONSTITUTION: A dermal patch for phototherapy comprises a thin film battery (1000) which is composed being connected in series with more than two of unit cells having flexibility to vary its shape a film type circuit part (2000) which is connected electrically as the film type circuit part is formed on an upper surface and in which a shape is varied and an LED (3000) which irradiates lights for phototherapy while being connected electrically being formed on an upper part of the film type circuit part. The thin film battery comprises a substrate capable of varying its shape first and second unit cells which are positioned on the same plane on an upper part of the substrate and which are arranged being separated to each other and a sealing film which seals the first and the second battery.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 광 치료용 피부 패치로서, 더욱 상세하게는 LED를 구동시키는 필름형 회로부와 박형 전지가 형상이 가변될 수 있도록 얇고 유연하게 일체로 형성됨에 따라 치료용 광이 피부에 고르게 조사될 수 있는 효과가 있고 제조방법이 용이하여 생산성이 뛰어난 효과가 있는 광 치료용 피부 패치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 형상이 가변될 수 있도록 유연성을 가지고 두 개 이상의 단위 전지가 포함되어 직렬로 연결되어 이루어진 박형 전지와, 상기 박형 전지의 상면에 형성되어 전기적으로 연결되고 형상이 가변될 수 있는 필름형 회로부와, 상기 필름형 회로부의 상면에 형성되어 전기적으로 연결되고 광 치료를 위해 광을 조사하는 LED가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
