A device for the evaporation of volatile substances, comprising: a container with a liquid volatile substance having an opening, wherein a portion of the container around the periphery of the opening is made of plastic material； a vapor-permeable membrane (1) and a thermoplastic porous or fibrous laminate (2) joined together, the opening of the container being covered by said vapor-permeable membrane (1) and a fibrous laminate (2), and the fibrous laminate (2) is welded to the thermoformed portion container. 2.
