A device for the evaporation of volatile substances, comprising: a container with a liquid volatile substance having an opening, wherein a portion of the container around the periphery of the opening is made of plastic material; a vapor-permeable membrane (1) and a thermoplastic porous or fibrous laminate (2) joined together, the opening of the container being covered by said vapor-permeable membrane (1) and a fibrous laminate (2), and the fibrous laminate (2) is welded to the thermoformed portion container. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fibrous layered material is selected so that it has a melting point below the melting point of the vapor-permeable membrane. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the vapor-permeable membrane is a monolithic membrane of elastomer.
