The present invention relates to a single-operation complex environment control system. A complex environment control method of a three-layer greenhouse comprises a side window control method of a first, a second, and a third green house. The second greenhouse is installed in the third greenhouse, and the first greenhouse is installed in the second greenhouse. The side windows of the first, the second, and the third greenhouse start an opening operation by a prescribed temperature, start opening if a temperature is higher than or equal to the prescribed temperature after an opening start time, and start closing if the temperature is lower than or equal to a closing temperature. The opening operation sets a one-time opening operation time, and a stopping time is set after the opening operation. The second and the third greenhouse stop operating when a number of side window operations is larger than or equal to a prescribed number.
