The present invention relates to a multifunctional natural material paper-mulching sheet comprising: a reproducing paper sheet made of reproducing paper； a first coating layer produced by coating a material mixed with a mineral and a natural adhesive on one side or both sides of the reproducing paper sheet； a second coating layer produced by coating a material mixed with a natural dye and a natural adhesive on one side or both sides of the first coating layer； and a third coating layer produced by coating a material mixed with a water repellent agent and a natural adhesive agent on one side or both sides of the second coating layer. The multifunctional natural material paper-mulching sheet, on the basis of 85 parts by weight of a reproducing paper sheet, comprises: 4.5-18 parts by weight of a mineral； 10-25 parts by weight of a natural dye； 5-10 parts by weight of a water repellent agent； and 7-35 parts by weight of a natural adhesive.본 발명은 재생지로 제조되는 재생용지, 재생용지의 일측 또는 양측에 광물질과 천연접착제가 혼합된 물질이 코팅됨으로써 형성되는 제1 코팅층, 제1 코팅층의 일측 또는 양측에 천연염료와 천연접착제가 혼합된 물질이 코팅됨으로써 형성되는 제2 코팅층 및 제2 코팅층의 일측 또는 양측에 발수제와 천연접착제가 혼합된 물질이 코팅됨으로써 형성되는 제3 코팅층을 포함하되, 재생용지 85 중량부에 대하여, 광물질 4.5~18 중량부, 천연염료 10~25 중량부, 발수제 5~10 중량부 및 천연접착제 7~35 중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 천연소재 종이멀칭지에 관한 것이다.
