PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer medicine packaging film capable of achieving high adhesion while having excellent chemical resistance and transparency.SOLUTION: A multilayer medicine packaging film includes at least a protective layer and a base material layer. The multilayer medicine packaging film is such that: the protective layer contains modified polyvinyl alcohol resin having at least one kind of hydrophilic group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group, a pyrrolidone ring, an amino group and a carboxyl group the modified polyvinyl alcohol resin has a content of a constitutional unit having a hydrophilic group of 0.1-15 mol%, a saponification degree of 90.0 mol% or more and less than 99.0 mol%, and a 4 wt.% solution viscosity of 5-35 mPa s and the base material layer contains polyvinyl alcohol resin which has a saponification degree of 85.0 mol% or more and less than 90.0 mol%, and a 4 wt.% solution viscosity of 5-35 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: None
