PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nasal CPAP device that reduces variations in pressure of air to be supplied to a nose.SOLUTION: A nasal CPAP device 30 comprising an air supply pipe connection port 31 to which an air supply tube is connected, nasal cavity prong ports 32, 33 to which nasal cavity prongs are connected, an air discharge pipe connection port 34 to which an air discharge tube is connected, and a cavity 35 that communicates with the nasal cavity prong ports comprises: a nozzle 36 that jets air a splitter 37 that splits air in two a first branch path 38 that forms one passage for air a second branch path 39 that leads the other of air to the air discharge pipe connection port a discharge path 40 that leads air to the air discharge pipe connection port and a guide vane 41 that prevents air from flowing into the second branch path. The discharge paths width on the air discharge pipe connection port side is narrower than that on the first branch path side.
