PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet structure for a pressure container capable of improving safety in water supply.SOLUTION: The faucet structure for the pressure container includes: a cylindrical faucet body 14 fixedly passed through an upper wall part 11a of a tank 11 and having a water supply port 14a and a steam discharge port 14b a sealing shaft body 15 having a male screw part 15c to be screwed to a female screw part 14c provided in an outer end of the faucet body 14 a cap-like lock member 17 to be screwed to an upper end of the faucet body and a faucet knob 16 connected to the sealing shaft body 15 through a top wall 17a of the lock member 17. The sealing shaft body can move by a predetermined distance in the axial direction in a state that the lock member is screwed to the faucet body. When the sealing shaft body 15 is screwed deepest, the sealing shaft body forms a seal valve at upper and lower positions separated from the steam discharge port 14b, and the lower seal valve is released to discharge the steam inside the tank by screwing the sealing shaft body shallow. Thereafter, the lock member and the faucet body are released from screwing to each other, and the sealing shaft body 15 is removed to supply the water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】給水時の安全性を高めることが可能な圧力容器の給水栓構造を実現する。【解決手段】タンク11の上方壁部11aに貫通固設され、給水口14aと排蒸気口14bを有する円筒状の給水栓本体14と、給水栓本体14の外方端部に設けた雌ねじ部14cに螺合する雄ねじ部15cを有する封止軸体15と、給水栓本体の上端部に螺着する帽状のロック部材17と、ロック部材17の天壁17aを貫通させて封止軸体15に連結する給水栓ツマミ16とで構成する。封止軸体は、ロック部材が給水栓本体に螺着された状態で、軸線方向に所定距離だけ移動可能とし、封止軸体15を最も深く螺合させたときに、排蒸気口14bから離間した上下位置で封止弁を形成し、浅く螺着せることによって下方の封止弁を開放してタンク内の蒸気を排出させる。その後、ロック部材と給水栓本体の螺着を解除して封止軸体15を取り外し、給水可能とする。【選択図】図2
