The invention comprises aluminium tubes, forming a curved stretcher structure, with central crescent-format orifice, which allows patients to be placed thereon in the ventral decubitus position, i.e. belly downward, for the following purposes: in pregnant women and obese persons, to facilitate the performance of physiotherapy treatment on the vertebral column, in order to ease hyperlordosis and algia, and to facilitate the performance of surgical procedures on the vertebral column； and, furthermore, in pregnant women, to facilitate the performance of obstetric ultrasound examinations, in cases where the patient has to be placed in the ventral decubitus position.
