The invention relates to a process for stimulating the growth of phythoinocula. According to the invention, the process consists in replacing the gelling agent from in-vitro culture media by a superabsorbing support consisting of synthetic polyester microfibres for phytoinocula incubation and growth in culture growing rooms, at temperatures of 25°C, at the most.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de stimulare a creşterii unor fitoinoculi. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în înlocuirea agentului gelifiant din medii de cultură in vitro cu un suport superabsorbant, alcătuit din microfibre sintetice de poliester, pentru incubarea şi creşterea fitoinoculilor în camere de creştere a culturilor la temperaturi de maximum 25°C.
