PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous coagulating device for soybean curds which alleviates load applied to a coagulation conveyor and can be easily cleaned.SOLUTION: At least a part of a concave member 10 placed on the lower side of the endless coagulation conveyor C for coagulating soybean milk containing coagulant while transporting the same is provided with an auxiliary conveyor 11 or an endless middle auxiliary conveyor E which is placed between the coagulation conveyor C and the concave member 10 and assists the transportation of the coagulation conveyor C.
