The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting the aggregation and/or migration of α-synuclein (α-syn), and more specifically, to a composition comprising an expression or activity inhibitor of c-src for inhibiting the aggregation and/or migration of α-syn, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising an expression or activity inhibitor of c-src for preventing or treating synucleinopathy. The expression or activity inhibitor of c-src protein of the present invention can inhibit the signal transduction induced by α-syn migrating to adjacent cells, thus mitigating the cytotoxic influence of α-syn on the adjacent cells； and can inhibit the denaturation of monomeric α-syn into aggregated α-syn, which may be a major cause of synucleinopathy, and thus, can be beneficially used as a therapeutic agent for synucleinopathy.La présente invention concerne une composition permettant d'inhiber l'agrégation et/ou la migration de l'α-synucléine (α-syn), et plus particulièrement, une composition comprenant un inhibiteur de l'expression ou de l'activité de c-src permettant d'inhiber l'agrégation et/ou la migration de l'α-syn, ou une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un inhibiteur de l'expression ou de l'activité de c-src permettant de prévenir ou de traiter une synucléinopathie.
