The hub (10) includes a holding unit (45) which holds the shaft (14), a distribution path (50) which communicates with the first lumen (18), and is capable of allowing inserting of the guide wire (26) and distributing a predetermined fluid, and a branch path (52) which communicates the second lumen (22) and the distribution path (50), is capable of distributing the predetermined fluid, and blocks the insertion of the guide wire (26).
