PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transparent antifouling, antibacterial, and antifungal film which has high durability, is inexpensively produced, and is highly safe to a human body and environment a method for producing the same and a product using the same.
SOLUTION: This antifouling, antibacterial, and antifungal film 10 is produced by a method including: a step A of forming, on a surface of a substrate 11, a mixed film 12 of a first film substance having a fluorocarbon group at a terminal of the molecule and a second film substance having a linkage group at a terminal of the molecule and a step B of fixing a metal atom, ion, or metal fine particles on the surface of the mixed film 12 through a linkage formed between the antibacterial and antifungal metal atom, ion, or metal fine particles and the linkage group. The film 10 has the mixed film 12 formed by the first and second film substances chemically bonded on the substrate 11, and the antibacterial and antifungal metal atom, ion or metal fine particles 13 fixed on the surface of the mixed film through the coordination bond formed between the coordination linkage groups.
