PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage bottle holding device capable of appropriately discharging liquid medicine regardless of the height of a dosage bottle.SOLUTION: The dosage bottle is set to a liquid medicine dispensing device in a state of being held by an adapter 38. The adapter 38 includes a lifting base 74 on which the dosage bottle is placed and which is freely elevated and lowered, and a clip body 78 for clamping and holding the mouth part of the dosage bottle placed on the lifting base 74. The lifting base 74 is freely elevated and lowered stepwise to such a height that the selectable height of the upper end of the dosage bottle can reach a prescribed reference height.
