PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vermin capture device which is easy to handle and can capture a vermin in a preferable state. SOLUTION: The linear members 21 and 22 are arranged in a grid pattern to form an elastically deformable sheet, and a vermin can invade the capture net 2 which contracts in a tubular shape when no external force acts. The capture net 2 in the open state is provided with a trigger 5 that holds the tubular shape in an open state and releases the holding by a predetermined action from the outside, and an Ω-shaped metal fitting 3 that fixes the capture net 2 to the ground G. When the harmful beast invades and performs a predetermined action, the holding by the trigger 5 is released, and the capture net 2 contracts in a tubular shape and wraps around the harmful beast.
