The present invention relates to a composition for improving skin conditions comprising oil extracted from Tenebrionidae insects, more specifically, Tenebrio molitor mealworm, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The composition of the present invention promotes collagen formation of the skin, promotes recovery and regeneration of damaged skin tissue, and induces elasticity maintaining and moisturizing effects, thereby effectively improving the skin conditions.
