This invention provides a graft copolymer hydrogel and a preparation method thereof and particularly relates to a material containing chitosan, lactic acid/glycolic acid and polyethylene glycol, which are combined through grafting and copolymerization to form an amphiphatic temperature-sensitive hydrogel.
