The present invention relates to a method of producing a 3-dimensional scaffold comprising； a step of preparing slurry including photocurable resin and ceramic powder； a step of applying the slurry to pMSTL system for forming a three-dimensional scaffold； a step of sintering the three-dimensional scaffold； a step of filling the gap of the three-dimensional scaffold with filling members； and a step of removing excessive filling members through centrifugation.본 발명에 따른 3차원 인공 지지체의 형성 방법은 광경화수지와 세라믹 파우더를 포함하는 슬러리를 준비하는 단계, 슬러리를 pMSTL 시스템에 적용하여 3차원 인공 지지체를 형성하는 단계, 3차원 인공 지지체를 소결하는 단계, 3차원 인공 지지체의 공극을 채움 부재로 채우는 단계, 그리고 원심 분리로 여분의 채움 부재를 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
