PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin winder capable of preventing a thread from being curled, and manufacturing a bobbin which suffices for unwinding work which merely pays out the thread linearly.
SOLUTION: The bobbin winder which winds the thread in an 8-shape with respect to a case includes: a thread supplying means supplying the thread a thread winding means 200 which winds the thread around the case and a thickness adjustment means which adjusts the thickness of the thread wound around the case. The thread winding means 200 is constituted of a thread feed part 210 and a case holding part 220. Each of the thread feed part 210 and the case holding part 220 is provided with a crank mechanism, and reciprocates in a direction orthogonal to each other by the crank mechanism. The ratio of one reciprocation time of the thread feed part 210 to one reciprocation time of the case holding part 220 is set to 2 to 1.
