The present invention relates to a porous shielding film containing a bone induction material capable of supplying a material that effectively induces bone regeneration； a method of preparing the same； and a bone induction method using the same. Specifically, the porous shielding film containing a bone induction material is prepared by coating nanofibers made of biodegradable polymer, poly(L-lactide) (PLLA), with polydopamine, and chemically fixing OP5 having a sequence following the coated polydopamine: OP5: DWIVAGSGDWIVA-NH_2, wherein G represents Gly, V represents Val, I represents Ile, W represents Trp, S represents Ser, and D represents Asp.
