SOLUTION: A waveform information detection section 4 is provided with a pulse conversion circuit 41, and the pulse conversion circuit 41 detects a voltage change in a replay signal 3s as waveform information (amplitude information) and converts the reply signal 3S into a detection signal (a first detection signal) 4S consisting of a digital signal, which has a pulse width according to the magnitude of the reply signal 3S, based on the voltage change and outputs it.
