The present application provides a guiding system for visually impaired including a first beacon a second beacon and a mobile communication device. The first beacon is disposed at a pickup location, and used for broadcasting a traffic information packet of the pickup location. The second beacon is disposed on a transport vehicle, and used for broadcasting an identification packet of the transport vehicle. The mobile communication device has an application stored therein, and is used for receiving the traffic information packet and identification packet to respectively produce route information, pedestrian in formation and transport vehicle information. Therefore, the guiding system can provide road traffic information with integrity, safety and convenience for the visually impaired.
