PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, for a person who has to lie in bed for a long time, it is necessary to be comfort even while lying and to easily move feet without being pressed by anything but the weight of blanket presses the feet, the space under the blanket is a place where the degree of adhesion is high and humidity or odor stays easily, and also, for the person having weakened feet, it is difficult to move the feet by himself/herself and when the feet are to be fixed or moved forcibly by using any instrument, there is the risk of breaking the bone or damaging the muscle or the like, and therefore, such an instrument cannot be used.SOLUTION: In a foot caring instrument to which the principle of swing is applied, an approximately prism-shaped strut frame (1) comprised of only a strut, in which heel bedsore prevention material (6) is incorporated, is placed under the blanket to generate a space within the strut frame, and thereby, problems caused by adhesion are solved and the weight of the foot concentrated to one point of the heel is also dispersed. Furthermore, when the strut frame (1) is used while suspending a sole rest bag (3) therefrom, the sole is stimulated while being supported by the rest bag to keep the state where the foot is moved in a swinging manner and the ankle is moved slightly all the time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】長期間寝ることが必要な人にとっては、寝ていても快適なこと、足は何物にも圧迫されずに動き易い環境である事が必要です。しかし、布団の重さが足を圧迫し、布団の中は密着度が高くて湿気や臭気が滞り易い所です。又、衰弱した足は自分で動かし辛く、用具を使用して足を強制的に固定されたり動かされたりすると骨折や筋肉の損傷等の危険がある為に使用することが出来ません。【解決手段】上記課題を解決する為に、かかとの床ずれ防止材(6)を組み込んだ支柱のみによる略プリズム形状の支柱枠(1)を布団に中に置くことで、支柱枠内に空間が生まれ密着による問題点が改善され、かかと一点に集中していた足の重量も分散されます。又、この支柱枠(1)に足裏もたれ袋(3)を吊り下げて使用すると、足裏はもたれ袋に支えられた状態で刺激され、足はぶらぶらと動き足首は常に微動している状態を保つことが出来るブランコの原理を応用した足の介護用具。【選択図】図3
