The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of human-friendly calcium phosphate using eggshells. More specifically, the manufacturing method of human-friendly calcium phosphate using eggshells comprises: a first heat treatment step of washing eggshells and then performing a heat treatment; a calcium phosphate synthesizing step of mixing isopropyl alcohol and a phosphoric acid aqueous solution with the eggshells on which heat treatment is performed by the first heat treatment step; a first ball mill step of milling calcium phosphate synthesized by the calcium phosphate synthesizing step by a ball mill; a second heat treatment step of performing a heat treatment on calcium phosphate ground by the first ball mill step; and a second ball mill step of milling calcium phosphate on which the heat treatment is performed by the second heat treatment by a ball mill. By undergoing the above process, hydroxyapatite or beta-tricalcium phosphate is created to exhibit human affinity, and calcium phosphate for artificial bones with a high degree of crystallinity and excellent mechanical properties such as compressive strength or tensile strength is manufactured.본 발명은 달걀껍질을 이용한 인체친화성 인공뼈용 인산칼슘의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 달걀껍질을 세척한 후에 열처리하는 제1열처리단계, 상기 제1열처리단계를 통해 열처리된 달걀껍질에 이소프로필알코올 및 인산수용액을 혼합하는 인산칼슘합성단계, 상기 인산칼슘합성단계를 통해 합성된 인산칼슘을 볼밀로 밀링하는 제1볼밀단계, 상기 제1볼밀단계를 통해 분말화된 인산칼슘을 열처리하는 제2열처리단계 및 상기 제2열처리단계를 통해 열처리된 인산칼슘을 볼밀로 밀링하는 제2볼밀단계로 이루어진다.상기의 과정을 거치면 하이드록시아파타이트나 베타-트리칼슘포스페이트 등이 생성되어 인체친화성을 나타내며, 결정화도가 높아 압축강도나 인장강도 등의 기계적 물성이 우수한 인공뼈용 인산칼슘이 제조된다.
