The present invention relates to manufacture of a multipurpose pad (for desks, floors, vehicles, massage beds, or yoga studios) prepared bonding, other than silver fabric, a conductive rubber material with the surface electric conductivity of 500 K&Omega/sq or less or conductive artificial leather with the surface electric conductivity of 10 K&Omega/sq or less to a non-conductive rubber plate or sponge (EVA). The pad includes a pad cover which is made of 30-50% metal containing fabric to apply surface electrical conductivity, antibacterial properties, and electromagnetic wave shielding functions.
