Disclosed is a quick-open type chest-opening resetting fixator. A left surrounding arm is arranged on a left fixed plate (1) thereof, and a right surrounding arm is correspondingly arranged on a right fixed plate (3). An elongated through hole (9) is arranged in the middle parts of the left fixed plate (1) and the right fixed plate (3), and a fixed knob (4) is mounted in the elongated through hole.
