The invention relates to a laryngeal mask comprising a first element which is a substantially J-shaped hollow rigid tube that has a long opening along the entire length thereof, and a second element comprising a flexible tube which is also substantially J-shaped, to be received in the long opening of the first element in a separable manner. This configuration of the laryngeal mask allows the doctor to switch between its rigid or flexible properties, as desired, without having to interrupt the oxygen supply to the patient at any time.Una mascarilla laríngea que comprende un primer elemento que es un tubo hueco rígido, sustancialmente en forma de "J", que tiene una abertura longitudinal a lo largo de toda su longitud, y un segundo elemento que comprende un tubo flexible, también sustancialmente en forma de "J", destinado a alojarse en la abertura longitudinal del primer elemento, separablemente de éste. Mediante esta configuración se proporciona una configuración de mascarilla laríngea que puede pasar de propiedades rígidas a flexibles a voluntad del médico, sin que además sea preciso interrumpir el suministro de oxígeno al paciente en ningún momento.Un masque laryngé comprend un premier élément consistant en un tube creux rigide, sensiblement en forme de "J", qui a une ouverture longitudinale sur toute sa longueur, et un deuxième élément qui comprend un tube souple, aussi sensiblement en forme de "J", destiné à se loger dans louverture longitudinale du premier élément, séparément de celui-ci. Au moyen de cette configuration on obtient un masque laryngé qui peut passer de rigide à souple selon la volonté du médecin, sans quil soit en outre nécessaire dinterrompre ladministration doxygène au patient à aucun moment.
