The invention relates to a lighting device contacted with the skin. Primarily, it comprises a substrate, a flexible light guide material layer arranged on the substrate and a lateral light source module positioned beside the flexible light guide material layer such that the lighting device can be bent and attached to the skin. Accordingly, the light of the lateral light source module can be transmitted to the skin uniformly, and the intensity of each wavelength of the light can be adjusted through a control circuit to achieve the phototherapeutic effect.
