To provide a device capable of continuously separating yolks from whites of eggs in a food manufacturer of a relatively small shop and a restaurant.SOLUTION: An egg separator is such that: each of one end parts of two rail members comprising a cross section L-shape plate 1 and a cross section I-shape plate 2 is inserted into and fixed to left and right upper end parts of a high support material 7 erected at one side part； each of the other end parts of the rail members is inserted into and fixed to left and right upper end parts of a low support material 12 erected at the other side part； both bottom side parts of the L-shape plate and I-shape plate of the rail member form gap parts 3 adjacent at a small interval, and form an inclination angle； the lower end part of the high support material is hooked on adjacent ends of both tray members arranged side by side； the inside part of the low support shape is provided with a large inclined path 13 circulating in a tray material 4 for yolks, and a small inclined path 14 circulating in a tray material 5 for whites in an opposite direction in the inner upper part； and the outlet parts of the large inclined path and the small inclined path are made so as to be adjacent onto the tray members related thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】比較的小店舗の食品メーカー及び飲食店において、鶏卵の黄身と白身とを連続的に分離することができる装置を提供する。【解決手段】断面Ｌ形板１及び断面Ｉ形板２から成る２つのレール部材の各一端部は、一側部に直立する高支持形材７の左右上端部に嵌挿して固定し、レール部材の各他端部は、他側部に直立する低支持形材１２の左右上端部に嵌挿して固定し、レール部材のＬ形板とＩ形板の両底辺部は少許間隔をおいて隣接する間隙部３を形成しかつ傾斜角度を形成して成り、このように成る高支持形材の下端部は並置する両トレー部材の隣接する端間部に掛合し、低支持部材の内側部には黄身用トレー材４に流通する大傾斜通路１３とその内上部に反対方向の白身用トレー材５に流通する小傾斜通路１４をそれぞれ設け、大傾斜通路と小傾斜通路の各出口部をそれぞれが関係するトレー部材上に臨接するようにして成るエッグセパレーターである。【選択図】図３
