This invention relates to direction changing accessory of endoscope, which is detachably installed to an endoscopic lens having an image taking end face. The direction changing accessory of endoscope comprises a sleeve tube, a fixing unit, and two flexible control cables. The sleeve tube has a tube body for being sleeved to the lens and a periphery for exposing the image taking end face. The fixing unit is disposed to the sleeve tube to fix the sleeve tube to the lens. The flexible control cables are disposed to the sleeve tube in a face-to-face manner. Each flexible control cable has a head part fixedly connected to the tube body, a tail part opposite to the head part, and a flexible body part for connecting the head part to the tail part. Each flexible control cable can be subject to a pulling force action to draw the sleeve tube to deflect.
