PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portably convenient and excellently wearable absorbent article for an incontinent man.SOLUTION: A wearable absorbent article for an incontinent man, comprises: a surface sheet arranged on a body side and permeable to urine an outer sheet 12 arranged on the clothing side for preventing the permeation of the urine and an absorber 16 arranged between the outer sheet 12 and the surface sheet for absorbing the urine.
