PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor screen that satisfies both sensitivity and sharpness, which are in a tradeoff relationship, and a high-quality flat panel detector using the same.SOLUTION: A phosphor screen 1 has a scintillator layer 6 formed on a substrate 4.
