PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental and physical condition guidance system that can properly obtain a mental and physical condition of a subject and properly guide the subject to a condition the subject desires or a condition suitable for an environment that the subject is in.SOLUTION: The mental and physical condition guidance system includes: a mental and physical condition determination unit 3 that determines the conditions of central nerve activity and autonomic nerve activity of the subject based on physiological information obtained by a central nerve activity detection unit 1 and an autonomic nerve activity detection unit 2 a plurality of stimulation applying units 5 that apply tactile stimuli to respective different parts of the subjects body and a controller 4 that changes at least one of the conditions of the central nerve activity and the autonomic nerve activity of the subject by selecting any of the stimulation applying units 5 based on a determination result of the mental and physical condition determination unit 3 and controlling the operation of the stimulation applying unit thus selected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】対象者の心身状態を適切に把握して、対象者が所望する状態、あるいは対象者が置かれている環境に適した状態に適切に誘導することのできる心身状態誘導システムを提供すること。【解決手段】中枢神経活動情報検出部1及び自律神経活動情報検出部2によって得られた生理情報を基にして対象者の中枢神経活動及び自律神経活動の状態を判別する心身状態判別部3と、対象者の身体の異なる場所のそれぞれに触覚系刺激を与える複数の刺激付与部5と、心身状態判別部3の判別結果に基づいて刺激付与部5のいずれかを選択し、その動作を制御することにより対象者の中枢神経活動及び自律神経活動の状態の少なくともいずれか一方を変更する制御部4とを備える。【選択図】図1
