In order to quantitatively detect minute changes in intervertebral discs, a study has been conducted on analysis methods such as the QSI method and the DTI method. With the present invention, it has become possible to quantitatively detect a minute change in intervertebral disc degeneration by using: KT FA, ZP FA, and FWHM FA of the QSI method and FA of ADC, λ1 mapping, and (λ2+λ3)/2 mapping by DTI analysis.La présente invention concerne une étude ayant été réalisée sur des procédés danalyse tels que le procédé QSI et le procédé DTI, afin de détecter quantitativement des changements minuscules dans des disques intervertébraux. Grâce à la présente invention, il est devenu possible de détecter quantitativement un changement minuscule dans la dégénérescence des disques intervertébraux à laide de : FA de KT, FA de ZP, et FA de FWHM du procédé QSI et FA de ADC, mappage λ1, et mappage (λ2+λ3)/2 par procédé DTI.椎間板の定量的で微細な変化をとらえるために、QSI法、DTI法の解析方法について検討を行った。QSI法のKT FA、ZP FA、FWHM FA、DTI解析によるADCのFA、λ1マッピング、(λ2+λ3)/2マッピングを用いることにより、椎間板変性の定量的かつ微細な変化をとらえることが可能となった。
