PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in the volume of an affected site to be resected.SOLUTION: In a method for resecting the affected site, a resection device is used, the resection device includes: an injection part for injecting liquid a cylindrical frame having an opening for housing the affected site in one side thereof, and supporting the injection part on the other side thereof liquid supply part for supplying the liquid to the frame and a liquid discharging part for discharg the liquid from the frame. The method includes: a liquid storing amount storage step of storing a specific liquid storing amount in the frame a contact step of making one side of the frame contact with the affected site a liquid supply step of supplying the liquid to the frame using the liquid supply part so that the amount of the liquid is equivalent to the specific one a volume calculation step of calculating the volume of the affected site that is housed in the frame based on the amount of the liquid that is discharged from the liquid discharging part in the liquid supply step a resection step of resecting the affected site by injecting the liquid from the injection part and a determination step of performing the liquid supply step and the volume calculation step, at least before and after the resection step to determine whether the resection step should be continued by comparing a calculation result in each volume calculation step with the volume of the affected site to be resected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】患部の切除容量の精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】流体を噴射する噴射部と、筒状の枠体であって、患部を収容する開口を一端側に有し、噴射部を他端側で支持する枠体と、枠体内に液体を供給する給液部と、枠体から液体を排出する排液部と、を備えた切除装置による患部の切除方法であって、枠体における液体の所定貯液量を記憶する貯液量記憶工程と、枠体の一端側を患部に当接させる当接工程と、給液部によって枠体内に所定貯液量の液体を供給する液体供給工程と、液体供給工程の際に排液部により排出される液体の量に基づいて、枠体に収容されている患部の容量を算出する容量算出工程と、噴射部から流体を噴射して患部を切除する切除工程と、液体供給工程及び容量算出工程を少なくとも切除工程の前後において行い、各容量算出工程における算出結果と、切除すべき患部の容量との比較に基づいて、切除工程を継続するか否かを判断する判断工程と、を有する。【選択図】図5
