PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece for preventing a snore or the like which does not cause discomfort such as a reflex action and fatigue in an oral cavity even in a long time wearing, can be used while separated from equipment such as a pressurizer or an aspirator at a sleep time, and has excellent usability and handling properties.SOLUTION: In a piece body 1 fit and worn in an upper jaw dentition UT, a sucker arm 2 curved along a hard palate HP and a soft palate SP of the oral cavity is extended to a back tooth side back part. The sucker arm 2 includes suction passages 6 and 7 and sucker parts 4 and 5 communicated with the passages.
