PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pearl with ashes that is a memorial product capable of remembering the deceased and healing the heart of a person, and eliminating the freshness of the appearance of the ashes from appearing and preventing feeling of resistance against storing it in ones house or wearing it in the body as memorial accessories.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a pearl with ashes has: a ceramic nucleus production step with ashes having a step of powdering the ashes and producing a clay ball with the ashes by mixing the powdered ashes and the clay, and by baking the clay ball with the ashes and producing a ceramic nucleus with the ashes and a pearl culture step of breeding a mother shell for farming the pearl where the ceramic nucleus with the ashes produced in the step of producing the ceramic nucleus with the ashes is put therein in the sea, and forming a mother of pearl layer on the surface of the ceramic nucleus with the ashes to thereby make the pearl with the ashes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】故人を偲びまた人の心を癒すことができると共に、遺骨の見た目の生々しさなどが表れるのをなくして、自宅に保管することあるいはメモリアルアクセサリーとして身に着けることに抵抗を感じさせないメモリアル製品である遺骨入り真珠の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】遺灰を粉末化し、粉末化した遺灰と粘土を混ぜ合わせて遺灰入り粘土玉を作製する工程を有し、遺灰入り粘土玉を焼成処理して遺灰入りセラミック核を製作する遺灰入りセラミック核製作工程と、前記遺灰入りセラミック核製作工程で製作した遺灰入りセラミック核を入れた真珠養殖用の母貝を海中で飼養し、遺灰入りセラミック核の表面に真珠層を形成して遺骨入り真珠を作る真珠養殖工程と、を有する遺骨入り真珠の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
