PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform observation of heart appearance or treatment of the heart using a medical device such as an endoscope with less invasion, and at equivalent speed to that of conventional treatment by means of a catheter through vessels, more simply than the treatment with a catheter.
SOLUTION: The sheath 1 for heart is composed of elastically deformable material in accordance with extension and contraction of the heart, formed as a tube, shaped in such curvature as to be arranged along the surface of the heart, and in such a way that the medical device 4 is insertable inside. An opening part 10 is provided through a wall surface 9 disposed on the inner diameter side of the curvature, so that the medial device 4 is projected.
