The present invention relates to a recombinant cell expressing a recombinant spike 1 protein of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and a vaccine composition for preventing porcine epidemic diarrhea virus comprising the recombinant spike 1 protein as an active ingredient. The recombinant cell expressing a recombinant spike 1 protein of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus of the present invention has more excellent expressing and acquiring rate than an existing expressing system by easily yielding a codon-optimized PEDV spike 1 protein antigen. In addition, an immune response is efficiently induced when using the recombinant spike 1 protein produced from the recombinant cell line as an antigen. and thus it can be used in vaccines for preventing, alleviating and treating porcine epidemic diarrhea, drugs and food, and the like.본 발명은 돼지 유행성 설사 바이러스의 재조합 스파이크 1 단백질을 발현하는 재조합 세포 및 상기 재조합 스파이크 1 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 돼지 유행성 설사병의 예방용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 돼지 유행성 설사 바이러스의 재조합 스파이크 1 단백질을 발현하는 재조합 세포는 코돈 최적화된 PEDV 스파이크 1 단백질 항원을 손쉽게 수득할 수 있게 하여, 기존의 발현 시스템보다 발현율 및 획득율이 우수한 특징이 있다. 또한, 상기 재조합 세포주로부터 생산된 재조합 스파이크 1 단백질을 항원으로 이용 시 효과적으로 면역반응을 유도할 수 있어, 이를 돼지 유행성 설사병의 예방, 개선 및 치료를 위한 백신, 의약품 및 사료 등에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
