PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a cam, blade, gear, and the like by buffering an impact transmitted to each drive part in a reciprocation tool when a blade part is locked by biting a hard object during operation.SOLUTION: An upper blade 31 comprises: a blade part 37 forming a plurality of cutting blades provided in a direction substantially orthogonal to a reciprocating motion direction a cam engaging part 33 in contact with an eccentric part of a cam and having an elliptical hole 32 extending in an orthogonal direction to the reciprocating motion direction and a connection part 34 connecting the blade part and the cam engaging part. By providing a curved part 35 curved in a mountain shape in the connection part, the height of the cam engaging part of the upper blade in an axial direction is lower than the height of a top face part 35b of a mountain part, and the height of the blade part is lower than the cam engaging part and the top face part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】往復動工具において、運転中に堅いものを噛み込んで刃部がロックした際に、各駆動部に伝わる衝撃を緩和してカムやブレード、ギヤなどの破損を防止する。【解決手段】上ブレード31は、往復運動方向と略直交する方向に設けられる複数の切刃を形成して成る刃部37と、カムの偏心部と当接し往復運動方向と直交方向に伸びる長円穴32を有するカム係合部33と、刃部とカム係合部を接続する接続部34を有し、接続部に山状に湾曲させた湾曲部35を設けることにより、上ブレードのカム係合部の軸方向の高さが山部の頂面部35bの高さより低くし、刃部の高さがカム係合部及び頂面部よりも低くなるような形状にした。【選択図】図3
