PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device allowing easy replacement of a screw.SOLUTION: The clamping device 100 includes a fixing screw 102 pressed to a post S by turning a clamp base body 101 which is a base body for screwing the fixing screw 102 to penetrate and clamping the post S between the fixing screw 102 and a V-shaped groove 111 located to face the fixing screw 102 and a movable nut 103 fitted into the clamp base body 101. Thread ridges 113, 132 are cut in the movable nut 103 and the clamp base body 101 respectively to form a threaded hole H for screwing the fixing screw 102 to penetrate when the movable nut 103 is fitted into the clamp base body 101. The fixing screw 102 can also be removed from the clamp base body 101 when the movable nut 103 is removed from the clamp base body 101.
